Nothing to do with that woman's voice, or any other voice that could have wound up as the voice, but things that talk to me in the course of activity make me uncomfortable. It's just *wrong*. For education or entertainment, fine, but... I dunno, it's just wrong.

I think there is an audio uncanny valley effect. The more natural and organic a computerized robovoice sounds, the more it creeps me out. _________________ Andrew Fogarasi

Including recording.... And the telephone.... And electricity in the walls.... And fire.
