Oh dear. I turned on my ISDN codec for a session this afternoon and it would not stay booted.
I had a bit of similar trouble with it last time I used it but I changed the network and power cables and that seemed to "fix" everything.
Not this time.
*sigh*
Thank goodness for Chrome and Source Connect.
Um, and IP-DTL.
