Working hard so that voice over could be my primary income/career but I have to say that I will miss the days that I get to hire somebody.
There are many things that can make management difficult, tiring, stressful, etc. but almost all of those things are worth it on the days that I get to hire somebody and give them a chance to make something positive happen in their life.
Just not much better than giving somebody a job. |

I enjoyed hiring people too. It was the firing people that was usually the pits.
Try firing a beloved 35-year employee of my family's business. He would drink while driving our large trucks in local traffic. Offers to pay for help and several warnings didn't motivate him. I was on everyone's shit list for many days after.
