the only down-time i had to rip-out & re-build was this week. back in may i had a flood. the rest of the house was taken care of long ago - but i just couldn't afford to fix the studio until this week. THREE DAYS, kids! B.I.L. was the savior - sticking with my slave-driving pace till the end.
what you can't see --- new flooring, cable runs & additional power.
my back hurts.
