Can't help you with the answer Deebs, but I can say that he's probably a union ISDN talent. I'm fortunate enough to be on the John Oliver "call-list". I was approached by the production team last year when they needed a quick Brit... must be union, must be ISDN, must be in a workable time-zone and must be available at the drop of a hat once put on standby. They ended up dropping the piece (rats!)... but I'm on their go-to list!
