Without getting too technical, as long as your tablet can provide power to your USB device, you shouldn't need a powered hub. Some manufacturers allow this through the OTG cable, some don't.

As long as your tablet appears in the compatibility list without any specific caveats, you should be fine.

What tablet are you using?

Hi Bill,

I just got myself a bunch of pen/stylus' to combat FFS (Fat Finger Syndrome). It helps a great deal with my Ipad sessions and making corrections or additions. Might help navigating your program.

Thanks guys..have the recording thing working..the Audio Evolution app though is too complicated and confusing for what I need..very simple, cut paste audio editor that I can use on tablet and make wav and mp3's..this is mainly for auditions. Tried twisted wave online but can't quite seem to make it do anything without an actual keyboard like on my desk? I know I'm a little brainless on this stuff but do I need a keyboard to use an editing program? I can't seem to make even the simplest edits without it , on say TW..Any thoughts? Tna ks
