So, Oct. 8th I finally got married! Yes...after over 5 years, my girl decided she'd keep me
18 months of planning and I can finally say that the wedding went off without a hitch. For those that have done big weddings, you probably can empathize. I had no idea so much went into those things...
We did our honeymoon in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Beautiful place, really. I got a chance to re-visit Chitzen Itza to see the Mayan ruins. I had been before when I was 18, and it was neat to take my new wife.
After returning to the hotel and cleaning up, I saw myself in the mirror. I knew what I had to do. Hopefully some here have seen the History Channel's show "Ancient Aliens":
Also, I took the advice here from you guys on the videos I had done in my down time. I remembered well the constructive advice, and I *think* I've been able to incorporate it. Here's a short one that I did that I think is much better than the others I've done.

I've gotten better with the mastering, and invested in some new tools and training on how to use them.
I'm just excited I got the wedding band I wanted...meteorite! I got my space-rock ring!

Nothing like aliens and a meteorite ring to start a new life together perfectly. Congratulations!

Dave as one my curmudgeon-y old friends likes to put it,
"....a man is not complete until he's married.....then he's finished....!"
Congrats. All joking aside, my wife is the best thing that ever happened to me.
And she puts up with my occasional caveman humor. |

Haha!
We're actually looking at trying to visit the pyramids in Giza...Things we want to go and do before we have kids.
I'm a traveler...I've been in some sketchy places and been fine before. The way I see it, if we stay in a the Cairo Hilton or some other big modern hotel and take a reputable, private tour to the pyramids we'd be OK. And I'd make sure there's no wandering around on our own without a local fixer/guide either! _________________ "The wise ones fashioned speech with their thought, sifting it as grain is sifted through a sieve." - Buddha
