Hi all

I have a 20 inch Apple monitor in my studio and over the past few weeks it seems to have developed slight hum that is being picked up by the mic, its very low level, but definitely there.

Has anyone come across this before?

An update on monitorgate...out of curiosity I tried increasing the screen brightness and that has cured the hum/buzz/noise. Is this an indicator that the monitor is about to fail?

Many thanks Eddie, I've only had time to skim read the article, it it certainly looks as if that's exactly what it is.
