Long have I fantasized about a future when I can work my day job, invent a strange medical malady that demands I disappear for 5 minute intervals, then audition for voiceover jobs in the oddly well-padded bathroom

I get a decent sound out of that apogee 96k, which plugs right into my iphone, but, I really need some type of noise gate tech to keep it fresh and profesh.

I just saw a $14.00 aHobo Tounge called AUFX: Push kymatica; does anyone have experience with that little number? Is it worth a gamble?

I use Audio Evolution with my S6. You can use a micport pro or other usb interface if you use a mic to connect to phone and record.

I've used a micport pro and MKH415 as well as just the phone as the mic since Audio Evolution has gating and EQ. Find a good acoustic closet or spot and the HD sound of the S6 is pretty good for auditions.
