Been having problem with any files playing or saved in OcenAudio adding some kind of distorted noise. Updated several times and the problems seem to persist. Any ideas? |

System & Interface?
Does it make a difference if you play through speakers, monitors or headphones (or headphones plugged into computer vs. interface)? _________________ JimEdgarVoices.com | JustAskJimVO.studio | Source-Connect: jimedgarvoices |

I had the same issue on playback...I don't plan to use it so I didn't try to fix it. I'm on an iMac with 10.12.5. |

No, although I didn't notice it at first on little PC speakers. I had opened a file in OcenAudio, made a small edit to the file, then saved and sent it to a regular client, who pointed it out the noise to me. Listened back on headphones and monitors, and sure enough distortion that was not in the original file. |

In the past, OcenAudio was good about responding to questions, suggestions for features, etc. but on this particular matter, I've gotten no response. |

I tried OcenAudio a couple of years ago and my computer audio was all glitchy until I uninstalled it.
If you need punch & roll capabilities, there is now a free extension for it for Audition, and I've switched to Reaper for only $225 one-time payment. You could easily spend $3-4k on Audition over the next decade! _________________ Skype: globalvoiceover
