...and so 2018 settles into its routine, much as it's predecessors did.
There's an honest winter cold set in for a stretch here in DC for a
change, complete with a light white frosting that stuck for a few days
and has made things pretty enough.

We are still here, and so... raise a glass of whatever is your
pleasure, be it hot cider, tea, or other more flammable chill-chasing
libation, and look to a finely human illogical temporal-barrier
crossing... mostly I think a matter of stress-relief wherein when the
ship lifts, all debts are paid.

A damned decent near and far future to us all... every one.
