Never worked for them but their commercial rate of $65 per :30 or :60 is crap on a cracker, if I may be so bold.
Their narration rate of $45 per minute is fairly reasonable for narrations of around 10 minutes, and outstanding if you get up into the one hour range... which I doubt any savvy buyers would choose.
If you're brand new and trying to get paid while you learn I guess this could be a deal, but for established VOs the commercial pay just isn't good.

+1 to what Bruce wrote.
Those rates are far, far, far below what is a fair price for Broadcast TV and Radio recordings.
Besides, if I understand it correctly, those rates are for what the client pays to VJ, not what the voice talent get!
What percentage of those rates comes to the talent ?
FAQ..."Is every VoiceJungle job a buyout?
Yes. No residual payments ever. And market size does not affect the rate".
