VO-BB - 20 YEARS OLD!

Because of a fluke storm, "The Beast from the East", the whole of Dublin is shut down this week. I have been in Dublin since Tuesday and, I have seen about a quarter mile of it! Heading to Galway tomorrow, thank goodness.

I came because of an art event, new work at the Molesworth Gallery. This is the inspiration to finally make a trip to The Old Country. I thought it would be grand to bring some of Dieter's work to show to other galleries here.
However, all events besides a train tour to Cork on Wednesday, every event and meetup has been cancelled.
I shall have to think on this as a peculiar kind of spa holiday. Outside of a brilliant tour to Blarney Castle, all I have done is eat pub grub, drink beer and whisky, and sleep.
A bit dear, but blissful, I must say.

Being somewhere else, simply "being" gives us the opportunity of hitting the reset button. I did it in a hotel room on Monday night whilst drinking Chianti, eating nibbles and talking nonsense.

Return from your adventure renewed and as often as possible able to say confidently with a smile to anyone "Aw sure and yer talkin' a pile of auld shite so y'are!"
