Struggling with a much muddier, thinner sound this week coming off my Universal Audio LA 610 into my MBox 2...any suggestions as to what the culprit might be? |

Did you accidentally hit one of the EQ switches or knobs? Or the -15db pad on the left? Or the mic impedance? _________________ Jason Shablik

messed around a bit with the gain on the mic pre side and the gain knob on the compressor side on the right...that one's sounding a little crusty when I move it up and down too. |

Give all the knobs a couple of full turns to knock the oxidation off of those pots/knobs. Does that help your original muddiness/thinness? _________________ Jason Shablik
