I've been lucky thus far. But I'm afraid, as time goes by, that I might become a bit forgetful and/or careless with important personal papers, etc.
Can anyone please offer recommendations/pros & cons for security/lock boxes?
Thanks. _________________ Mike

Is your concern fire or theft, or both? Just a few documents or a trove of treasures? That will help you decide. Ages ago when the family business was sold I kept a two drawer filing cabinet with a two hour fire rating. Much more than we need, but it was free.
If it's documents can you make copies and stow those somewhere else including the "cloud"?
I'm sure there are ratings online.
