Back atcha!

Looking forward to a lot of work and happiness for all of us!

I've got my first job of the year already: several lines from a very angry, pissed off customer to train customer service reps. I've been getting experiential practice. A crew came to deliver a lovely new love seat with built in recliners this morning, created from the left and right ends of a big sectional sofa. They brought two left backs so it kind of works but looks really weird. They'll send a replacement on Monday.

And most of the big holidays are on Fridays and Saturdays this year making for a more productive year (I hope)!
