Email from an author plopped into my inbox an hour or so ago.

I was born and Brought up in Ilchester, in the the county of Somerset in the UK. The author is writing a book about the county and wanted to included a little piece about me. She asked me to send a photo (not wise but), a few words about my life in the county and did I do any voice work whilst there.

Many famous and interesting people have an association with Somerset, I'm not one of them but it was lovely to be asked!

Well you're in good company with other famous folks from Somerset county, including British baking maven Mary Berry, and silly walks maven John Cleese. I say revel in your relevance.
