A dear friend is battling with things in her head and in order to fix things she goes into battle with other people and their situations. This was my reply to her 25 min audio message.
Feel free to share, take on board or completely ignore. FYI it's, pretty much my approach to daily life.

Wow Philip - just...wow! In a previous career (a long time ago and in a galaxy far, far away) I worked in the mental health field for over 18 years. You gave sound counsel...and with compassion. I sincerely hope that your friend receives this well and can put it into practice. _________________ "What was that? An exhibition? We need emotional content." - Bruce Lee, Enter The Dragon |

The sage continues like, well ...a saga!
One should not be dishonest in such situations.

My reply?
"I don't. My heart breaks every time I think about the world in your head that keeps you captive. I have no idea how awful that must be xxx"
