As boardmeister of this august site I am provided with occasional opportunities. Here's an example I got from New Zealand:
To save you a bit of research here's what caught their Internet scan's eye... basically my response to someone who wanted to know what to do with green tomatoes:

I'm on hour 18 of air drying green toms. I've also roasted a lot. Quebec ketchup is about 24 hours away!!
