My cause of death in a Nutshell. Pill (A) dropped. Pill (cool dose doubled. PB to STOP Pill A as this will result in Keto acidosis which is posh for early onset death syndrome. Guess which bit of information I didn't have?

I imagine they've also given you an idea of what to eat and not to eat going forward. Have fun shifting if that's what's required.
