What's a good rate to charge for a 5 minute video that'll air in some hotels in US and Mexico?

What category would that fall under?

Checked GVAA, SAG-AFTRA, Edge Studio and can't find any 'hotel video' type stuff.

Sounds like industrial, and I'd quote it as Non-Broadcast > Corporate & Industrial Narration > Finished Minute Scale. For 3-5 minutes of finished audio, looking at $450-550 for that based on GVAA. You might be able to negotiate higher depending on how many hotels, and especially considering this will be shown in two countries... so the higher end of the range and perhaps maybe a little extra would be warranted, all depends on the particulars, I think. More experienced people might have a better answer though.

I’d say $500 as an absolute minimum and if it’s a major chain $1,000 would be more like it.
