DON'T eat a spicy chorizo breakfast burrito from [anywhere] before recording.
My gawd, it's like my stomach's competing with me for the microphone! _________________ www.moosevoice.com |

Also going too long without eating is a drag. My my growling stomach will compete with my voice for who's loudest.

My wife makes a chorizo blend by mixing chorizo with regular breakfast sausage @ 50/50, then forming golf ball sized individual servings. Those go into the freezer on a baking sheet. When they're frozen they go into a freezer bag. (pre freezing on a sheet prevents them from sticking together)
Then, for breakfast, it's 1 chorizo ball to 1 egg. Put your chorizo on a paper plate and microwave for 60 sec to thaw. Then the chorizo goes into the pan first, and when browned, add your whipped eggs. Scramble together and load into flour tortillas that have been lightly toasted over open flame on the stove top. Garnish with salsa. Breakfast of champions!
Best to consume a couple of hours before a session! |
