I have new equipment and have done numerous new spots since updating my last demo, so I thought it was time. I'm still learning the new software, but am fairly happy with how it came out. I'd love to know your thoughts (good and bad--- I can take it)!
You can hear it at:

Thanks for sharing your wisdom! _________________ Joni Lambert

I like it!
The only suggestions would be that you take the character voice spot where you blast the bug and move it closer to the beginning. That is a good bit that deserves to be near the opening. Why? Because a lot of the people you are trying to reach are busy and will only listen to 20 or 30 seconds and figure they've heard all they need. I would not put it first, but perhaps in the second or third position - just make sure it plays in the first 20 seconds.
The other suggestion would be to just dump the last bit. Others may disagree, but for me, it just didn't work.
No matter what, your demo does show that you are a pro with a great deal of skill, talent and ability. |

Joni,
Good work. I've taken the liberty of editing your demo, putting a few things in differnt order (taking Don's suggestion above about the character voice, for instance) and removing a few small bits I thought were somewhat redundant.
You can hear or download my version here:

I like Bob's reworked piece!
Is it me, the mp3 quality, or true sibilance? The S's sound really Sssssy. Also, you might redo the Hartford Courant spot (yeah UConn!) with a bit more UP, as it does talk newspaper but the focus is sports...
Otherwise, a nice voice! _________________ sitting at #8, though not as present as I'd like to be. Hello!

Thanks for your input, everyone - especially you Bob! I really like what you did.
I've redone my master to reflect the sequence changes.
Thanks, again! _________________ Joni Lambert
