Thank you, Gents and Ladies for your sacrifice of time and treasure, your gifts of life and liberty.
Thank you for serving our country— and I hope it, in turn, has served you well.
With great respect,

Couldn't have said it better, so ditto here. 'Thank you' just doesn't seem to be enough, but it's a start. |

Right on, DB!
Both my grandfathers fought in WWII. One infantry, one a bomber pilot. My uncle was killed in Viet Nam and I did a few years on a boat.
Thanks to all that have served and are serving! |

As a Vietnam era vet, thanks for noticing.
And, to my brother and sister vets, welcome home! |

As a dearly departed old newpaper columnist used to say somewhere in everyone of his columns (even when it wasn't "popular to say such things"
"Say a prayer for our guys over there...."

As of 1 July, I officially retired with 23 years combined active duty(Army & Navy), and I want to thank those of you who have thanked our VETERANS.
Also,,,, I want to Personally thank my fellow Brothers and Sisters in Arms, ESPECIALLY, those who are STILL serving on Active Duty- and MOST IMPOTANTLY, those in Harm's Way- "Fair Winds and Following Seas",,, "May the LORD'S face shine upon you"
AAND may The PROTECTION and BLESSING of The FATHER, THE SON, and THE HOLY SPIRIT, desend upon you and remain with you FOREVER !!!!

Add my thanks to the list. We could never repay the sacrifice of so many, with so much courage. Freedom is never free and I would like to thank those that have made it possible for all of us.
Much respect and thanks! _________________ Ben
