Frank, I began listening and thought "Wow! Frank can SING, too!" I thought it was you jingling out at the start. Then I heard the other singing voice and really wondered "Is he singing that, too?" Then came your tag. Ah. That was perfect! _________________ sitting at #8, though not as present as I'd like to be. Hello!

Well I cant take credit for all of the singing... I don't do falsetto. I tried it once and nearly hurt myself.
Instrumentation, falsetto, and words are from a friend named Pete Wieland.
My rendition of "Ol' Blue Eyes"; the original "Frank - the Voice" is actually not bad... ROFL.
Actually I often get requests to sing - - - "Way out on a Mountain" - way way out on a mountain. Usually I comply.

The song "White Christmas" was written by Irving Berlin.
How it is rendered is not a question. A person pays fees based on the author and copyright holder as well as ASCAP and BMI, SESAC fees if applicable. Although based on what one might feel is The Drifters version, even they had to pay the fees to Irving Berlin's legacy.
There are also cases where some music is in the Public Domain. When this situation applies, there are still some fees to be paid based upon your copyright of your version of the music in question. Then of course, the dreaded ASCAP/BMI/SESAC/CIPRA (Canada), etc. fees.
So many fees, so little time....
I know this is short, but I do not want to go into a diatribe on music licensing here... Any questions on how music is licensed - check with an attorney who deals with this area of business. I only know what I know... and that is very limited.
Overall, it was not bad for 'hack', eh?

Are you kidding? I assumed you do this all the time... It's great!
Over the years, some of my predecessors seem to go from straight vo to adding SingOver to their resume as they got older. In this region, names like Jack Gayle, "Long" John Silver, Justin Boyd and many others became legendary by knocking out a tune for clients. I once saw Justin do 15 TV auto ads in a row on camera in a Richmond TV studio. He sang and tagged each one.
Pick out some public domain tunes and do some more...your stuff is "salable." _________________ Wild Willie Edwards

Frank,
I can't add anything original to the compliments; but I'm very impressed. This is really nice work. _________________ Be well,

When my term is up as President of MCA-I this January, I was going to audition for a musical - but now, I think I'll need to take singing lessons first. I wanna sing like Frank!!! _________________ Playing for a living...
