On Sunday we went out for lunch and Shanna aged about 10 or 11 decided to tell me about a sketch in the comedy Little Britain featuring characters Lou and Andy http://www.bbc.co.uk/comedy/littlebritain/characters/louandy.shtml

Not only was she able to deliver the script from memory but she hopped from one character voice to the next without breaking her stride ......
I'm getting a job in Burger King! She's holding a class in LA soon, amongst her students no doubt will be messers Fraley, Allburger and Abshire.

In this young girl there is a Paris Hilton struggling to get out too. I mentioned that I'd walked the 3 miles from Portgordon to the Coach House in Buckie and asked if she was going to walk back. Proudly displaying the boots she received for Christmas she replied

"What! In these heels!"

Philip,

What a delightful story. And I'm sure young Shanna was exceptionally charming.

If you are getting a job a Burger King, what hope is there for the rest of us?

For her sake (Shanna's, I mean) I dearly hope not. Clearly, money and class don't always go together. <ahem>

Younger Bear is able to recite entire scenes from films WITH SOUND EFFECTS after seeing the movie twice.

Amazing.

What really knocks me out is how well he renders women's voices.

It's fun now but soon for him it'll be fun and a living. Talent must run in the family; noses run in mine.

Don't know about hot and cold running talent, but he's already made a few bucks with e-learning programs and some online character stuff.

Pretty nifty, I'd say.
