.... that I still have a LOT to learn in the VO world. Plus I have to UNLEARN what I did as a radio personality. I see and understand though, so that has to account for something.

Welcome to my world...
it gets even worse when the instructor you've been learning from is brillant, but flaky when it comes to the rest of life (such as not returning calls, scheduling classes/lessons, etc.).
needless to say, I am now looking for another mentor. _________________ Voiceovers by Gregory Houser

I know what you guys mean....I had a great deal of unlearning to do myself. I was fortunate enough to find an excellent coach who patiently pointed me in the direction I needed to be pointed in....
I thank God everyday for that. Now I just have to get busy marketing etc and wait for the sacks. Soneone said there would be sacks......there will be sacks won't there??? |

Are you sure they weren't saying "sacked"?
Honestly, listening to the work many of you do humbles me. One day I'll wake up and there will be sacks outside my door and none of it will be from the fraternity houses in the neighborhood! _________________ Try to imagine a world where there is no such thing as hypothetical situations.

Deirdre,
Aren't these the sacks that Marley's Ghost is carrying around? I'm not sure I'd want those sacks. And I can't play Donovan's version. _________________ Be well,

No, Marley's ghost had strongboxes and ledgers.

Call any SAKS - "If you know your parties extension, please dial it now. For store directions, or a complete listing of store hours, press 1, For questions concerning your Saks 5th Avenue credit card including billing, press 2, To reach the Salon and Spa, press 3. All other inquiries press zero or remain on the line. To repeat this menu, press 9."
Yep - I just did 24 different versions of that message today. _________________ Playing for a living...
