VO-BB - 19 YEARS OLD!

Hi All,

I am playing with EQ, compression and what not trying to get the best possible sound out of my gear. Just an FYI this is what I have:

MKH-416 Mic
M-Audio Firewire 410
PreSonus BlueTube Mic Pre
Pro Tools 7.3.1 M-Powered

Plugins Used:

T-RackS StandAlone (No UB Plugin version yet )
Izotope Ozone 3
Vintage Warmer 2

If you would please give a listen to these three clips and tell me which you think sounds best. Please don't judge the performance as it was just a quick read. I'm just looking for sound quality.

Also, if you could share what is missing in any or all the recordings that would be great.

Number #3 sounds great!

I know you just put these up as samples of your recording setup, but I have a comment on the read as well. Right now, it's broken up into five separate beats when it seems that there's really a maximum of three beats in this script.

You've worked hard to get where you are. (This is its own thought)

You can expect no less from us. (New thought. This line in particular is choppy and needs to be smoothed out.)
