Deliver 15 sounds bites (voice and/or effects) thematically related to St. Patricks Day.
You must author any script yourself and provide the voice(s) and effects.
The sound bites should be around 1-3 seconds in length. They will be played as grettings or messages left via voice mail (voice messages traded among users).
@
Note from Voice123: The budget for this project has been set by the client without the possibility to negotiate. The client and Voice123 are aware that the price is below the standard rate; Therefore we leave it to you to decide whether to apply. Thank you.
$100 for that. That is really amusing to me. |

And ya know what? They'll be inundated with Lucky Charms impressions.
That's what I hate about V123. "We know it's too low, and the client knows it's too low, but we want our commission and we know there are plenty of newbs who will do it for this price so tough tooties." _________________ Jeff

you just know that one day one of these customers will bring a lawsuit against V123 because they were unhappy with the quality of work done, despite asking for such a ridiculously low fee.
I hate to be a cynic, but you know folks like that are out there. _________________ Voiceovers by Gregory Houser

Hey, at least (for once) they're not asking for a James Earl Jones-type voice. |

I guess it all comes down to prices are going to be set by what the market will bear. As long as people are willing to work for peanuts, people are going to pay accordingly. No wonder why they call V123 a cattle call. |

Well, IF I'd gotten that one, it would've went the way about 90% of what comes to my inbox -- DELETED. |

I booked that one. I'm having the time of my life recording it. It's in Spanish though ("You must author any script yourself")... you think they'll like it?

"What do you mean make it sound more Irish? I AM Irish!!
Maybe this could be my lucky charm, sorry I meant lucky break?! I'm guessing by the dates that I'm too late. Maybe not after all... I guess I'll just have to sit out another year until St. Patrick's Day comes back around. It's not all pots of gold when you're a leprechaun you know! |
