I see Sweetwater has a "tour" going on for Pro Tools. I'm sure these are very sales oriented, but are they perhaps useful? Has anyone else gone to one of these?

Bob,

The main thing you'll discover is that they're very oriented toward musicians. But, I was at the last one they held in Charlotte, at it wasn't a complete waste of time. I've already signed up to be there for the new once coming to town in a few days. I'm bringing my oldest son because he's starting to help me in the studio some.
