My first picture for VOICE 2007 is of a sign that says "Littlefield." I actually pulled off the highway while briefly in Arizona to take the pic. Not your average puka shells...

What an amazing bunch of people are on this board. Tonight I've had the delight of hugging and/or shaking hands with Liz, Mary (Audiogal) and her husband, Maiku, Todd, Amy, Connie, Deirdre, Greg Best and his wife, Tom, Diane, Moe, Tammy, Kara, Bruce and his wife, Bernard, Pam, Dave Courvo, and Frank. I rode on the same plane from Charlotte with Donovan, who changed planes there on his way from Raleigh; so we got a bunch of time together, as well. (I'm sure I'm probably forgetting someone, maybe even several someones, and for that I offer my regrets but my brain is a bit fried at the moment and I still have some work to do before I turn in so I'm going to sign off now and let others take up the story.)
Oh, I met a whole bunch of folks who aren't members here too, including a short chat with Rodney Saulsberry. A very nice man. In fact, everyone here seems very nice. I know this is going to be a great week.

rip-roaring good time here on the vo-bb, too. Hart was dancing on the tables after a few too many drinks. We tried to convince him to keep his clothes on, but he wouldn't listen.

Here in LV, we all recognized each other from our avatars; that was too cool! Lots of non vo-bb folks kept asking how I knew so many people already. The secret is out. I suspect we will have some new folks joining us on our little board soon.
