If you are a fan of rock music the following statement should make you laugh:

This sentence has been written every year for the past fifteen years. So, the genius marketing department at Dr. Pepper has had enough and are calling Axl Rose out. They will give every single citizen of the USA a can of Dr. Pepper if he releases the album by the end of 2008.

When they finally release this album, it'd better knock everyone's socks off (in the good way).

15+ years of waiting = a lot of angry fans.

Sorry, but I can't imagine any album by any artist would ever be "worth" 15 years of work. Huh?!
