Hi everyone. I've compiled a demo of liners that some production guys had some fun doing up for me. Steve Delgado got it going and our own Brian Hart and Victor Harris got in on it and a guy from another forum as well. Here is the demo compilation I put together of their work, for your review.

Tom,

Very nice. I especially liked the production.

Do you offer classes on that? Where can I sign up?

Thanks guys! I just provided the dry voice....the production gurus did the rest. Bob....you want lessons? Contact Victor Harris, or Brian Hart or Steve Delgado....all 3 of them are members of this board. Me personally....I'd rather leave it to those pros to make me sound good than trying to do all that myself. hahahahaha

Very impressive Tom.

One question... If a client hears your imagine demo, and wants you to provide fully produced imaging for their station... what do you do? Do you have the mixes to make it happen?... or do you tell the client that you only provide the dry recording?
I guess that's more than one question.

Well....in my case....I would either tell them I only provide dry voice and quote them my price for that telling them they need to produce them....or I would find out if I could make an arrangement with one of the mentioned fine gentleman to produce them for me and say that I will provide the produced spots and quote them a different price to accomodate the production fee. I don't have the expertise and talent to produce that kind of stuff myself.

I've done this for three different people now, where either they didn't have production expertise or were too busy to produce.

In two cases the client billed the VO who paid me, and the other the talent had the client pay me directly.

Thanks for the props Tom, it sounds pretty darn sweet.

I like it, Tom.
A lot.
I'm still convinced that's George Karnes saying "Where did you get this guy?", and will gladly work pro bono to further his case in the lawsuit.
And - to me - your silky-smooth voice works best on the 'laying it down' bit at the end.
Were I you, I'd now cobble together an easy-listening imaging demo. You are more Cool Breezes than Hot Rocks.

I liked it also, but I'll have to agree that you seem to fit better into the more smooth, easy-listening genre than in hard "dynamite" rock stuff.

Good job to the producers as well!
