VO-BB - 20 YEARS OLD!

Hey Folks,

I've been asked to bid on a long form narration project, and I'm not sure if I'm on the mark with my pricing. Most of my narration is for 5 to 10 min VO, so this is the first BIG project I've been asked to quote. It's for a software mfg web based e-learning program.

15 finished hours - recorded in 4 separate 3 hour blocks. Producer says he is figuring 150 pages in total. My original quote was $50.00 per page, $25.00 for any partial revisions, and $50.00 for tatal page revision. This totals out to $7500.00. The producer asked me to also quote by the hour. I told him I would discount my base rate of $1250.00 per hour and charge $1000.00 per hour. Total $15,000.00usd for 15 finished hours.

I'm sending him this reworked quote later today and would like some feedback from the group. Do you think I am over or under pricing myself ? Thanks for taking the time to respond.
