Hi,
I tried searching amongst old posts to avoid asking more questions, but in the end there were so many posts it was like looking for a needle in a you know what.

I have been living in LA for 9 months now and finally took the plunge and got an ISDN unit to try and claw back some of the work I lost when I left Australia.

I would really appreciate it if some of you could give me some leads as to how to get some of my investment back on this "box".

I know about voices.com. voice123 and I applied for voiceovers.co.uk 6 months ago...still waiting (not with bated breath- probably bad breath now).

What other sites do you know of that provide real work and pay?

When I google up comes Commercialvoices, voiceovers.com etc etc

I suppose I don't want to hand over wads of cash before I check with the good 'ol folks at VO-bb.

Many Thanks! Also thanks for all the previous info on ISDN.
You guys ROCK! (I'm trying to get into the LA swing of things)

Now that you have ISDN you've opened yourself to hundreds of potential employers. There are many agents and commercial production houses that only deal with ISDN capable talent. My favorite source for representation is to visit the sites of top voice talent and track down who represents them (links page usually) and then check out those companies.

OT: Just loved the different 'TH' sounds in the last 3 words! It's no wonder ESL / EFL students (and many Americans...hmmm...I guess that doesn't have to be mutually exclusive...) have trubble speeling. Rolls Eyes

But you know, how it is here in Michigan!

Wether the weather is cold, or wether the weather is hot, we'll weather the weather whatever the weather, wether we like it or not!

Sheesh, I hope I spelled that right!

True, indeed, Robert, unless we decide to talk about the weather.
