My studio is on a second floor (over a storefront) and this was taken from the front office window:
What kills me is that my man found the need to post a "FOR SALE" sign just in case anyone thought he was just chillin' with his jewelry

That is tremendous. I always say...you can always tell when your inventory carrying costs are too high when your folding table bows in the middle.
At the rate you're going Anthony, you wll have a highrise view over the city in no time. In the meantime, take advantage of those jewelry deals.

I smell "franchise opportunity"! Prime retail space too.
Almost as good as the guy who spreads his stuff out on the blanket in the Harvard Square T (subway) station in Boston.

Hey, does he sell the fake Rolexs (as we called them when I lived in NYC... a Yolex)? He he.... my husband loves them (the fake ones... he's always one for a bargain!), and his watch is being repaired for the 2nd time in 18 mos.
He keeps telling me I shoulda bought him a fake...
Seriously, I need a Yolex and/or an Omega mens... I'll send you the moula for everything...

Liz,
This would have been June of last year. Judy and I stayed at the Regency between 7th and 8th Ave on 34th Street. We walked everywhere and had a blast. Then I joined the VO-BB in August.
