ok, I get that it's a palindrome and that the two planes are attached, but I'm not seeing why it's funny. Is there some political satire I'm missing?

I need to know, 'cause I'm going to the Panama canal in November. Smile

Well Jeff, the planes are also part of the palindrome, and you can see why that might be a problem...
