If you can't track down Bernard, I'd be calling any establishment or organization that does up Oktoberfest real big-like.

See, being a beer snob comes in handy. Paulaner is pronounced Paul - lin - er. Well that's how I have ordered it for the last 11 years. The hefeweizen is phenomenal with a slice of lemon.
Side note; if you are a bud drinker type and want to move up a notch, the previously mentioned beer is a perfect starting point. Nice sweet taste and it's light in the belly. |

thank dan-o. i'll have to give it a try. at the big oktoberfest where i live, they usually serve becks... so i'll have to try my beer distrubutor in jersey. they've got all sorts of "alternative" beers.
myself personally like the newport storm (their amber is smooth, and their special yearly beer knocks your socks off if you let it age), and i've been known to down an anchor steam or brooklyn every know and then. _________________ Jim Feldman
