We've had 3 straight days of temps in the 80's. We've broken all kinds of records here in NC! For those of us not enjoying a nice winter snow...

That's as close as I'll get to a snowman this year.

That was fun Kara! I even printed it. Now what to do with it. Too bad they didn't have an option of snowman with a mic!

Happy Holidays...

Oh you poor babies. Is there anything we can do to help alleviate your pain?

Perhaps I'll just gloat over the fact that it got all the way up to 40 here yesterday and now we're under a severe storm watch... anywhere from 3-10 inches of snow expected.

Guess I'd better bring in some more firewood so we can toast our toes by the fire with a short snort later tonight...

HAH!

Actually, I was supposed to go skiing in the NC mountains next week and had to cancel. I've never been a fan of the 'fake stuff' and skiing around the large grassy spots.

I would love the snow...but NOT 10 inches from a major storm...yipes!

Well, Kara, mind you, we're not all wild about it here, either. Some of us have to get out and shovel the stuff in order to get to the post office to get the checks we so rightfully deserve! Wink

We here would love some kind of precipitation! I think we are down close to 20 inches in rainfall this year. This warm weather is just making it worse since it causes greater evaporation. Stage 4 restrictions are right around the corner unless we get some serious rain NOW!
