I'm really tired of using MSN spaces for my blog. It isn't customizable enough and the stats are basic. It really isn't meant for serious blogging. My web host can provide me a blog for $3.99 per month, but I'm looking for something even cheaper.

Anyone have any suggestions for a good blog that gives me full wordpress customizations?

I'm not sure what limitations there may be, but wordpress.com is free (hosted on their servers) and, of course, runs wordpress.

If you're interested in some hard-core content management, check out Drupal (drupal.org). It's free. You can set up blogs, forums, and numerous other features. But it does have a pretty steep learning curve.
