Hi all
I have had a query from a prospective client asking if I charge a fee for using Source Connect.........would you make a charge?
I view it like ISDN and wouldn't have planned to charge, but if everybody else charges then I don't want to undercut or do myself out of a chargeable item.

David,
I do not charge for Source Connect, nor for ISDN except when I need to initiate a long-distance ISDN call. In those cases I do normally bill a fee to cover the long distance charges.
