I am sad to report Brian James has died at the tender age of 48 -- at home in Scottsdale, AZ apparently a heart attack early this (fri) morning.

Brian was everywhere -- the voice of EXTRA tv and hundreds of radio stations.
Famous for his revitalization of "The Pig" in Tampa -- but with many other success stories.

He billed himself as "the vocal jihadist" and declared he hoped to get some moisture on his dry wit soon.

RIP Brian

Referring to him as a "legend" of radio imaging, as one story today did, is really an understatement. He was simply incredible.

For those of you that knew him and closely and personally as I did...you know what a huge loss this is to mankind.....not just broadcasting...some things are just so hard to understand.
