Thanks DB. I appreciate the compliments on my "home away from home - in my home".
The Pinnacle situation is that it IS propitary. Bought one and promplty returned it, as it would not work with my "real" software and hardware. Pinnacle does not have ANY plans of creating a "fix"... would I buy anyhting with the Pinnacle label on it today.... NO! Would I in the future, probably not.

It's really too bad about the Pinnacle thing.
The Hollywood DV Bridge is so simple and elegant.

Hey Dufu... I mean Dave!
Posting images isn't as easy as you'd think (unless you're kinda familiar with web design or asp pages), so don't sweat it...
On the top right of the "post a reply" box you'll see a white box with black border and the letters "Img"... When you're ready to insert an image, simply place your cursor in the correct area of the message box, then click on the box and you'll see this "". Basically what you're doing is opening a tag which tells the browser to look for an image command, then you're telling the browser where to find the image, then closing the tag, ultimately telling the browser to stop looking.
Now that I've read that over, it's about as clear as mud, but it makes sense in my head... so I hope that it helps. Anybody else have instructions that are easier?
If that doesn't work for you, you can always try the old fashioned method of computer drawing to give us your best rendition of your space...

Dave, et al;
I am really not as clean oriented as it looks, it's just that I needed a promo pic for the website and some others for some print stuff I am doing. It sure looks good when it's clean though...
Oh, and I am a dufus too... had to figure the thing about posting out on my own... took me a full two days... and then I didn't post a pic until now...

Mike! Great shot of the flight deck. I love the way you've got it lit up with the Lava Lamps and the racks under the desk...just too nice The flat panel TV above the dual monitor setup is an extremely nice touch too. Do you do video like DB?
Nice set-up! Beam me aboard Captain! |

Here's my former lair:
and here's the current one:
The first one had a nicer view, the second one has better furniture. And as soon as I knock a big hole in the wall, a nice view once again, but not as nice as the last place. |

In the first person singular, that should be "crapico"
Latin declension:
crapico - Oh me say crap
crapicas - oh you say crap
crapicat - he/she says crap
crapicamus - we say crap
crapicatis - oh you plural say crap
crapicant - oh they say crap
and that is what a British private school education can do for one
Crapico! |

"CRAPICO" sounds like a new business name for
Well, shoot. Maybe for Sony for putting malware in their CDs. . . or trying to make the new Playstation 3 games only play on the first console that runs them. _________________ DBCooperVO.com |

Love the way you've got it lit. I guess a Lava Lamp or two will be my next purchase. Just seems to set the mood |
