Sorry, but I don't see it as anything other than a live performance. The computer power and data required to make her face and head turn and her hands move in sync with what she's saying is far beyond the combination of capabilities/cost/interest factors at this time. Until they have some guy speaking with her face and body synced perfectly to the voice, I vote for Hoax.
