				| As an IVR voice, I say, "Hey!  What are you doing?!"  This is kind of like the tobacco companies and their "quit smoking" campaigns.  Professionally, I try to listen and learn whenever I get the computer on the line. 
 Personally, however....I WILL be using the cheats.  :wink:
