Instead of continuing on with my marketing today I needed to do be creative for a few minutes. A character voice popped into my head yesterday and refused to leave so I recorded her.
If anyone has a minute to listen I appreciate your opinion on what you think of the character and the dialogue I wrote.
Thanks in advance for your much valued opinions.

Winner.
Catalog it. Going higher or lower, adding a lisp or makin it juicer, you've got at least 4-5 spin off characters from that one voice.

Peter, thanks for your comments. I could do a woman show based on the musical Company. I already recorded another spin off character whose name is Penelope. She is the hostess of a show called "Helpful hints with Penelope". I'll use any excuse to delay marketing. |

I liked it, Chrissy. You embodied the character (and you really must want to experience grease paint...lol must have been a forgotten edit) without going way overboard with it. You rode the line of funny/outlandish and real nicely. Good job. _________________ Ben

Ben,
Thanks. Part of my goal was to achieve that fine line between funny/outlandish but still making her a real/believable character. It's nice to know that she came across that way. |

She's fun! Good to know I'm not the only one who gets sidetracked. It would be neat to hear the spinoffs, too. _________________ 006 member of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Mic. Bonded by sound.
