I've not really been watching the Olympics, but...

An acquaintance of mine is competing in the Modern Pentathlon on Friday (Aug. 22). Her name is Sheila Taormina. You can check out her web site at www.sheilat.com. She's 39, and the first woman to compete in three different Olympics, in three different sports.

I've met Sheila twice, and we have a mutual friend (whom she swam with at UGA... they used to swim against Dara Torres.). Sheila is a great motivational speaker... during her speaking engagements, you can check out her gold Olympic medal from swimming. It's very cool.
