Working with an Italian client on a project - some script doctoring has been required, but I think we have that part nailed down and am ready to record. It is for a medical related project with several acronyms and I was asked to pronounce two of them in "Italian."

FAD Continence is the context for the first.
SUID is the Italian Society of Urodinamics.
Does anyone know how to pronounce FAD and SUID?
I'm fairly certain that SCORM is scorm and IMS is I-M-S.

Well if you're supposed to "say" Fad, it's "fahd"
If you're supposed to spell it out (if it's an acronym), it would be "EFFay ah dee"
SUID, as an acronym, would be "ESSay ooh ee dee"
E by itself ("and") is "ay"
