I had no idea half of these things were true...
Just how "up-to-date" are you? Do you really know what you think you know?

Compliments of a uniquely un-informed person. Me!

According to the video, 10% of those things won't be true tomorrow anyway, so don't bother memorizing any of it today!
When I look at how befuddled the old folks in my life have been about the new technology that came along in their lifetime, I wonder how befuddled we might be as we get older. I'm trying to stay curious and informed, but at this pace for the future....phew!
While I try to be an optimist, this exponential growth in technology also makes me wonder if we won't burn ourselves out some day, or run into some cataclysmic event that will knock us down a peg or two, or slow us down at least.
Only time will tell..... Gotta go. My toaster is asking me if I want butter or soy-based margarine product on my English Muffin, and "since you appear to like things British" it wants to know if I'd like to see a preview of Simon Cowell's new talent programme: if so, "just press the darkness button twice."
Aarrgh.

You still have a toaster, Bruce?
Geez..I went to the infra-red-laser-browning-particle-phaser last year!
Yes...very interesting.
So...NOW what?
Although it looks like China will be a great market for English VO!
