...about those unfortunate laid-off financial industry "suits" seeking new six-figure salaried positions, i started noticing some familiar stuff: they're having to update their online resumes. they're having to pay more attention to key word searches when listing their specialties. they're in a huge group competing for attention over a substantially smaller proportion of jobs.
